Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times may be delayed.

USA orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and are estimated to arrive within 5-8 business days.


All orders shipped include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the respective courier within your area to investigate the issue. Unfortunately we are not accountable for missing parcels when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully.


Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 7 business days from your order date.

If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us as soon as possible to provide the correct address and we will update your information if your package has not shipped. In the event that the package is already in transit we will try our best to reach out to our shipping partners but we cannot guarantee or refund your order should it be delivered to a wrong address.

Please note that on rare occasions, we may experience unforeseen stock depletion (usually for popular items) which may cause a delay to your order shipment for that particular item. During such occurrence, we will send you an email notification regarding the delay. If you have more than one item in your order, all the available items will be shipped out first.

Please trust that we will do our absolute best to ship out any delayed items as soon as new stock arrives (usually 5-7 days). 

Actual shipping time may also be affected by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, custom clearance (for international shipping), public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances from the postal service itself. Such occurrences are extremely rare.
