To provide you with additional peace of mind, we will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original tag for exchange or refund for up to 30 days after your purchase date. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience with Bad Chico.
Bad Chico will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days to process refunds once the items are received.

- Tell us which items you are returning.
- Tell us why you are returning your item(s): did not fit, did not like, incorrect item sent, item damaged, too small, too big, not what I expected.
- Enter your order number
- Within 1 business day, an agent will respond to your email and provide a return document to include inside your return package.
- Mail your item back to Bad Chico at your expense within 30 days of the ship date to the address provided to you by our customer service representative.
Once we receive your package your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.
If you wish to exchange the size and/or the color of your purchase, please send us a request at email@example.com with the following information and we will be happy to process it for you*:
- Order number
- Item you wish to exchange**
- Change needed (i.e. different size or color)
*As we don’t store credit card information on our system for your protection, you will need to place an online order for the new item.
**Please note that inventory is not guaranteed and our team will do their best to find you a suitable alternative.
The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we are unable to process any refunds during that time. If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us as soon as possible to provide the correct address and we will update your information if your package has not shipped. In the event that the package is already in transit we will try our best to reach out to our shipping partners but we cannot guarantee or refund your order should it be delivered to a wrong address.
